1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your relationship with Afrishop online Limited (afrishoponline.com, we, us, our). By placing an order or using this website, you are agreeing to the follow terms below, please read them carefully.
1.2 We may update these T&Cs from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on our website. The changes will apply to the use of the website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new T&Cs you should not continue to use the site. Your use of the website after the date on which the change comes into effect indicates your agreement to be bound by the new T&Cs.

2.1 You must be over 18 years of age to register or place orders on this website. When registering or placing an order, you must supply us with correct information and notify us of any changes as soon as possible.
2.2 Order confirmations and other important information regarding your order will be sent to the email address you supply during registration. By registering or placing an order on afrishoponline.com, you are agreeing that we can send you these emails.
2.3. You are not required to register to use the Afrishop online website but if you do register, you will be required to supply a password which you will use to log into your account. Please use a secure password which you can keep private, it is your responsibility to keep your password secure at all times.
3.1 By submitting an order on afrishoponline.com, you are agreeing that you have checked your order and all information including delivery address are correct. You also agree that you will notify us of any changes before your order is dispatched by us.
3.2 You acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age and have agreed to all charges (including delivery charge), description and other information concerning the goods ordered.
3.3 We reserve the right not to accept your order. In the event that this happens, you will not be charged for the order or we will refund any charges in full.
Information on this website
4.1 Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information we provide on the Afrishop online website is accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all the information provided on afrishoponline.com. If any inaccurate information is brought to our attention, we will endeavour to correct it as we reasonably can.
Payment and Price
5.1 Payment for goods on afrishoponline.com can be made by credit card, Pay Pal or bank transfer. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.
5.2 Prices for goods ordered are stated on the Afrishop online website. Where VAT is chargeable, then VAT is already added to the price shown or will be added during checkout. We reserve the right to change the price of goods at any time, If you have already placed your order then you will be charged the price shown on afrishoponline.com at the time you placed the order.
5.3 Where prices are charged by weight, please note that the weight stated on the Afrishop online website is only an estimate and actual weight may vary.
Unavailability and Substitutions
6.1 We cannot be held responsible if any goods are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. If this happens and you have already ordered the goods that are now no longer in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternatives or refunds.
6.2 We will contact you on the telephone number you provided when placing your order or registering to notify you of any unavailable goods or substitutions. If we are unable to reach you on the telephone number provided then we will email you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the we can reach you on the contact details you have provided. By placing an order on afrishoponline.com, you are giving us the permission to contact you regarding your order using the contact details you have provided.
7.1 Delivery will be made to the address which you provided when placing the order.
7.2 You must be present to receive your order on your selected delivery date and time where applicable. If there is no one available to receive your order, your parcel may be left in a safe place. There is however no guarantee that your parcel will be left, the courier may choose to return the parcel to the depot in which case you will have to arrange a redelivery yourself. If no one is home and your parcel is left in a safe place, we will consider the order fulfilled. If your order is returned to the depot and any perishable goods ordered are damaged, we will not accept any returns on those goods in such an event.
7.3 You may be required to provide proof of age and identity and the reference number on our email confirming your order and sign for the goods as proof of receipt. Otherwise the driver may refuse to deliver some or all of the goods. You can appoint a third party who is over 18 year to accept delivery on your behalf. Such person must also be able to provide proof of age, identity and reference number.
7.4 If you consider any goods are missing or damaged, you must notify us immediately.
7.5 Risk of damage or loss to the goods (including deterioration of fresh foods) passes to you on delivery or if delivery is attempted but you are not present to accept delivery or wrongfully refuse delivery or if an incorrect address is supplied.
7.6 If delivery at the requested time or date is not feasible, we will contact you as soon as practicable to re-arrange. We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control such as adverse weather or traffic delays. Our liability for late delivery is limited to the price payable for the goods.
7.7 In the event of couriers suspending guaranteed next day delivery due to extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel orders containing perishable goods if we think the order will not be delivered within 24 hours. We will not refund delivery charges when deliveries are delayed beyond our control.
Click & Collect
7bi Orders placed using the Click & Collect option must be picked up at nearest train/bus station except advised otherwise on the Afrishop online website during checkout.
7bii Customers are required to provide us with a 3 days time slot for their delivery date.
7bv Customers may be required to show a valid form of ID before their order is released to them via train or bus. Valid form of ID includes the card used to pay for the order online or drivers license.
7bvi If a customer does not turn up on their selected pick up date, we will store their order for up to 7 days. In this circumstance, we will not be liable for any damage to perishable goods. After the 7 day period, we will deem the order fulfilled even if the customer has not collected the order at this time.
7bvii We reserve the right to reschedule a collection as a result of circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and before they are due to arrive at the workshop.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 As a customer you have the right to cancel your order with us. If your order is yet to be dispatched and you wish to cancel then you must do so no later than 12noon the day before your order is due to be delivered to get a full refund.
8.2 If your order is yet to be delivered to you but has already been dispatched by us or is already delivered, then you must return the goods to us in their original packaging within 7 days after it was delivered to you to get a refund. Please note that we will not refund delivery costs incurred by us in delivering the order to you and any perishable goods delivered will also not be refunded. You will be liable for the delivery costs of returning the goods to us.
8.3 If you are returning goods to us due to a confirmed error on our part (for instance if we delivered the wrong order to your address) then we will in that event refund you in full including delivery costs incurred by you for the delivery of that order and any costs for perishable goods.
8.4 In the event of a refund all loyalty points (myPoints) earned for that order will be withdrawn.
8.5 We will not be liable for any goods returned to us. We advise that you return your order to us by registered post where possible.
8.6 We are limited in liability to the cost of goods returned.
9.2 From time to time, and in our complete discretion, purchases of goods may be subject to special offers. In the event that such a special offer applies to your purchase, the terms of such special offer shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between the terms of a special offer and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless specifically excluded.

10.1 On this website you may be offered links to other sites which we hope will be of interest. However, we have no control over such sites and do not endorse them. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability or content of, or goods or services available on those websites.
12.1 In no event (including our own negligence) will we be liable for any economic losses (including, without limit, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); loss of goodwill or reputation; special, indirect or consequential losses; or damage to or loss of data (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses) with respect to this website.
13.1 These T&Cs constitute the agreement between you and us in connection with the use of this website. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of this agreement is deemed ineffective for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full force.
13.2 All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use the material data and content only for your personal use in placing orders through afrishoponline.com, and you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, use or create derivative works of any material data and content on the afrishoponline.com website without Afrishop online’s prior written permission.
13.3 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute which may arise between them.
